These
double braids are made using the same high tenacity
polyester braided core as the Southern Yacht Braid;
except the cover is braided in 16-plait using spun
polyester. The ropes are easy to handle and very soft.
They do absorb moisture and are heavier when wet.
These lines are ideal for mainsheets on trapeze
boats and catamarans as they are easy to cleat and
un-cleat when on the wire.
